School Visit Request Form (Virtual or In-Person)

Fill out the form below to request a virtual or in-person visit from our team at your institution. A representative will provide virtual or in-person visits to prepare students for post-secondary opportunities in art & design. 

Once you submit the request, we will follow up with you at a later date to confirm the appointment. When submitting a request, please make sure to submit 2 weeks in advance of your preferred visit date in order to allow us time to process and schedule.
