Summer Workshops 2026 Virtual Info Session

    Join our virtual information session to learn more about the Summer Workshops! 

    The virtual info session will be led by our Youth Programs Coordinator, who will speak about the details of the program and answering any questions you may have.

    Open to current registrants and those interested in the program, as well as parents and family. 
     
     

    About Summer Workshops:

    These week-long studio experiences invite you to explore different art and design disciplines, materials and studios. The program is based on by hands-on learning and will introduce you different programs that OCAD U has to offer, all guided by our current faculty. 

    Your experience will include:  

    • 5 different workshops across 2D and 3D at and design disciplines.
    • A chance to work in our specialized studios and classrooms
    • Demo on how to write about your creative work for university applications and beyond
    • Art documentation basics for you to learn how to show your work for your portfolio 
    • Guided tour of OCAD U’s Onsite Gallery
    • Discussion of what makes strong concepts, techniques, and materials
    • Highly developed pieces that can support your portfolio or independent learning 


    2026 Schedule: please note that the same programming runs each week.

    • Option 3: July 20 to 24
